Knowledge of repair processes and procedures. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
