We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following: Staffing Coordinator Benefits: Competitive pay from $43,000 - $45,000 per year Paid Time Off Weekly pay with direct deposit Company events and outings Responsibilities: Require the right attitude to learn from staff. Training will be provided. Require a great team player to work with a great team of A-Players. Schedule qualified personnel with the right client to ensure client satisfaction. Assist the branch manager with daily office duties such as employee time record, etc. Answer the office phone (40+ daily calls) during business hours and direct to the right person. On-call after hours for 1-2 weeks per month (compensated). Maintain up to date documentation. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 1 year of human resources experience is preferred. 1 year of home health office experience is preferred. Fluent in English with intermediate Spanish. Must be detail oriented and a team player.
